How To Delete Your Data On Your Lost Mobile
The cell phone has become a part of human life today. Circumstances arose where the lost cell phone was nowhere to be found. From the youngest to the oldest, cell phones have reached a point where nothing can be touched. Against this background the mobile phone has become an integral part of our lifestyle. If such a phone is lost anywhere the suffering of those victims is indescribable. Because losing a mobile phone is not just about losing an item. We lose a lot of data. These days we hide a lot of information on the cell phone. Photocopies of certificates, hundreds of phone numbers, addresses, many IDs, passwords, personal, family photos and videos are all on the phone, leaving those who lost their phone indescribable. The tension is that those who found the mobile will do us any harm with the data in it. In this case, you can track your phone in case it is lost or stolen. So if you can't find your phone, at least you can erase your personal data on it.
In case your phone is not stolen, open the Google Play Store on another Android device and download and install the Android Device Manager app. The Android Device Manager app allows you to track your stolen Android phone, lock or delete all data on your phone. This will secure your personal data.
1. Go to Android.com/find and sign in to your Google Account.
2. If you have more than one mobile phone, select the lost phone shown at the top of the screen.
3. If your lost phone has more than one Google profile, sign in with the Google Account on the main profile.
4. You will then receive a notification on your lost phone.
5. So you can find out where your phone is on Google Map.
6. However, it shows approximately the current location of your phone. The exact location may not be shown.
7. If you still can't find the current location of your phone, you can finally select the location where the phone was lost.
8. After that the options to lock your phone or delete data will appear there. Choose one of them.
Also, you can lock your phone with a PIN, pattern or password to keep the data on your phone safe. Add your phone message or phone number on the lock screen to get your phone back to the person who found it. If you want to permanently delete all the data on your phone, this may not erase the data on your SD card. However, if you find your phone after deleting the data on your phone, log in to your Google Account again to recover that data.
